Shipping policy

We ship products two times a week. Exceptions are made when we are away from the shop for horse shows, clinics or other events. 

If you are purchasing an item that is custom, or not currently in stock in the shop, shipping times are increased. Please allow four to eight weeks for Kingsley and KEP products.
